If I were to open a shop, it would be the shop that sells amazing kinds of notebooks, stationery, local art, handmade crafts and, most importantly, a place to meet someone who thinks and shares the same interests as you.
Imagine entering a shop that looks like it’s straight from a fairytale book! I’m picturing tall glass windows, white flowers, purple hydrangeas, spiral stairs, wooden rack —bright, airy, and smelling good too!
I’d gather local brands, as many as possible, who sell stationery items and handcrafts because I see a bright future of local businesses nowadays (as well as the growing interest in bullet journalling among the younger and millennial markets!).
You know, with the boycotting movement, people have become more brand-sensitive and selective. Plus, locals produced amazing and competitive products too! I’ve been eyeing countless local brand clothes —it’s just that I don’t have the money to buy them all at once, haha.
Then, there would be a vending machine that sells healthy beverages and snacks. I’m thinking fresh juices, teas, kerabu salad, sandwiches — all from our local people and businesses!
Every once a month, there would be a free class for anyone who wants to know and learn about bullet journaling — taught by me!
So, that’s what I have now in my mind now. I wish I could create my own bullet journal book like Ryder Carroll. He’s such an inspiration!
If you were to open a shop, what would it be? What kind of business are you interested in investing in? Tell me more in the comment! 🙂
